Sign up today and enjoy the benefits right away. Monthly fees are based on pet species and weight, plus a one-time sign-up fee of $35. The plans are a 12-month contract that will auto renew unless canceled upon renewal.

*Feline Plan- $30/month
*Small Dog Plan- $38/month (up to 22lbs as an adult)
*Medium Dog Plan- $40/month (22.1-44lbs as an adult)
*Large Dog Plan- $42/month (44.1-88lbs as an adult)
*Extra Large Dog Plan- $46/month (88.1-123lbs as an adult)
*Giant Dog Plan- $67 (123.1+ lbs as an adult)
